{"id":82,"date":"2013-07-23T09:04:08","date_gmt":"2013-07-23T09:04:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/erikawilson.com\/?page_id=82"},"modified":"2015-03-19T20:48:18","modified_gmt":"2015-03-19T20:48:18","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/erikawilson.com\/?page_id=82","title":{"rendered":"About Erika Wilson"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Erika Wilson started her love affair with interior design as a Pre-Med -Environmental\u00a0 Science major Columbia University in New York City.\u00a0 She soon realized that although she\u00a0 loved science she would spend her free time designing duvet covers, adding tassels\u00a0 and\u00a0 trim to lampshades, creating full walls of collage \/wall paper.\u00a0 This was not a common\u00a0 practice for a Medical Student in a dorm room.<\/p>\n<p>She completed her degree and proceeded to throw herself into UCLA\u2019s Architecture\u00a0 Interior Design Program.\u00a0 Her style is always transforming. \u201cI\u2019m an artist\u201d, she says, I\u2019m\u00a0 constantly evolving, changing styles, furniture, playing with color\u2026\u201d Her background has\u00a0 ranged from Bold Eclectic, Timeless Classic, Modern, New England, Spanish\u00a0 Mediterranean, Beach House \/ Country, Hollywood Glamour. Erika, has a knack for making\u00a0 anything work, always resulting a beautiful and well-balanced pallet.\u00a0 She has worked on a wide range of budge that include the limitless celebrity to a college\u00a0 dorm room. Always fun, friendly and knowledgeable, Erika, is full of ideas where to spend\u00a0 money and where to save it\u2026\u00a0 She believes in re-using, re-salvaging, re-arranging and not always buying new.
